Waiting time for check in is super long, more than one hour and thirty mins. I did not expect to get this kind of experiece from four star hotel. If you acknowledged the problem, you should have better management or solution to fix this. I read from the comment and they mentioned the same since 4 days ago. Really bad experience for me.

But for the hotel facilities, it's good and well-maintained.
