The receptionist who dealt with our appointment was amazing and was extremely understanding about arranging and rearranging our appointment due to closing conflicts. That being said, the company refused to give out any prices ahead of time or in writing even though they have a chart they use for prices. They make an appointment. Charge you for the visit regardless of if the technician does the work or not. Supposedly you are not charged for any work unless you agree to the charges ahead of time. Unfortunately, the technician verbally told me what the charges would be and had me sign a screen. I did so trusting him. Then I signed for the charges at the end of the visit.
I was charged $1,800 for 5 ceiling fans to be installed and three light fixtures to be installed.
THAT IS INSANE! The two technicians were only at our house for a matter of hours. They never informed me I would be charged for ceiling fan or chandelier ASSEMBLY in addition to the installation charges. And $140 to assemble a light fixture?! Again, that s Highway robbery! If I had been told, I would have done it myself, but I was never told.

My husband and I both spoke to the owners who said they would investigate it. They claim that I consented to all charges ahead of time and therefore will not refund us any money. I even informed them that I have an email in writing stating I never saw ANY INVOICE IN WRITING from the technician until afterwards and they still don t care.

Evidently this is common practice for them. They are nothing but thieves.

And to top it off, our ceiling fans are not even balanced correctly so less than a week later already needed to be fixed. Needless to say I don t want that company back in my house yet they are responsible for their shoddy work.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!
