Terrible. Wish I could give 0. Internet was so slow, no help offered. Finally canceled month to month contract where I was being charged double what Comcast would charge for 2x speed on corporate account. Was told I would owe nothing but have been receiving multiple incorrect statements ranging from $1,005 to $635 in services that were never rendered.
Working with Tracy Darr from customer service has been unsatisfactory to say the least. Still trying to resolve account issue since October; now mid January.
