When our mom had to go into Rehabilitation, and later into long term care, my siblings and I were very concerned about mom s finances. We didn t think she would have enough to cover her expenses once she had to go into long term care.

She listened when I was hysterical and so afraid that mom would not be approved and have no money. She calmed me and put my mind at ease. I had all the confidence in the world with Dassy. She was always available when I needed her and answered any questions, no matter how trivial. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the Medicaid system and process. There is no way I could have done this on my own. I wouldn t know where to begin.
Dassy was as happy as I was when mom was approved for Medicaid. Even after the approval, Dassy was available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I never felt alone.
