One comes from Pilegaard-Henriksen and he tells loud and clear about how skilled they are at installing built-in luminaires.
One luminaire was set too deep and we can therefore not put the rosette on around the tile, the other luminaire sits very skewed from the wall.
We contact Pilegaard Henriksen for the first time at the beginning of August and they promise to return. At the end of the week we call them again, they promise to return again. Week 34 we contact them again and here I receive a message that they have talked to those who were here, everything was done correctly and therefore they had not returned. Then you have to return with that answer, if that is your conviction. They now promise to return the following week (week 35). On Monday 31/8 I call for the last time and they promise to return the same day, they have not done this. I would strongly advise against using Pilegaard-Henriksen.
