Glenn and Denise did a fantastic job guiding us through our first home purchase. They were very thorough in answering our questions and their response times were nearly instant even on weekends when necessary. In retrospect I can't imagine what would have happened if we had gone with other lenders who took days if not weeks to answer questions!
