The internet just does not work in the room !!! I have been here for 3 days on business and absolutely need the WLAN in the room to work. However, no day has worked so far and the front office statement is 'we can not do anything!'. I booked the hotel only because of it and because of the location and pay not a little during the fair. However, there is neither a clear statement by the staff when it will work, nor a concession or understanding. It means I should sit in the lobby. Why is it in every description that the WLAN is available in all areas? By the way, I have not booked the hotel lobby but the hotel room!
