This used to be a 5 star experience for me, but they changed their cafe menu (eliminated many things, but they still have at least 5 different items. Of these, only 1 item had decent quality bread.
Apart from that, they seemed to downgrade the ingredients all while upgrading the prices.
Also, they close way to early as if they only want tourists to come while we're all at work. What happened to the whole, "park and enjoy during traffic" campaign? We dont need wild entertainment, just cheaper rush hour parking than paying 10$. Theres little incentive to opt out of driving while one is ALREADY in their car, but there is incentive to enjoy the underutilized space and uplift our society from the aggressive traffic ghetto. The city (whom I thnk now owns it outright?) would truly be benefitting our emergency response and other expenses by getting more cars off the 405 during peak hours. 1 of the biggest causes of accidents is car congestion during peak hours. Think of all the money we could be saving by just enjoying the Getty at later hours, more in-line with our average free-time schedule?!
