I called on a Sat morning the last of Sept. said a man would be here by 3 PM showed up at 8 Pm with a flash light put on a start capactior unit running fine he put in a bigger screw through my coil tryed to fixed it could not said probably would need new unit. No one contacted me for 2 days I called they sent another man who fixed the unit. I get a bill for 3 hours labor just wondering which part of the 3 hours I paid for the trashing of my unit. Have neighbors on both sides who sing the praise of Frank who sold me my unit maybe just a bad experience guess I will send a check. not to mention i had to go to a motel for 2 nights
