Customer service when you have an issue with their parts is pathetic. You can't speak to anyone..., only through e-mail and then they block your customer service ticket saying this ticket is now "closed" when they don't want to converse with you anymore. I had used them for years praising them for their low cost, but recently had orders with wrong and defective parts. I put up with this until my last order and decided to send them a message. It started out fine and then became all my fault, but this was absolutely not the case. They were stating inconsistencies in my last return that were just wrong and they knew it. In the final e-mail I received from them, they addressed me by the wrong name and then blocked my service ticket from any further correspondence. I was shocked that they would treat a long term customer like this. Oh, by the way, if you are wondering, this was over a $2.24 shortage to my refund.
