I can t say enough about Oakbend PT in Cypress and my therapist Chris Nguyen.
The one on one treatment format of Oakbend is very personalized and ensures each patient get the therapist full attention.
Chris knowledge and understanding of my back-pain issue were impressive. He taught me what was going on with my back in terms I could understand and tailored a program just for my needs, as we had to work around knee and arm issues. He spent the time to make sure I used the correct form so I could do all of the exercise at home without hurting myself. If he saw my form was off, he would ask me not to do that exercise at home until I could perform it correctly during our session. His goal was to make me self-sufficient, which he did.
I would highly recommend Oakbend and especially Chris If you are in need of a physical therapist.
