My family stayed for 5 nights. On day 3 we Got back from the strip to find that out toilet had randomly overflowed with an inch of toilet water all over the bathroom and coming out on the carpet. Nothing was done for us it took hotel staff 1hr to get up to our room to vacuum after the maintenance specialist came to look at the toilet and stop the water from gushing out. It was a pipping problem that was not caused by us, nothing was offered, a room switch would have been nice for all the trouble it caused my family on our vacation. At check out I asked to speak to the manager to see if they could compensate us in anyway for all the trouble. The hotel manager was very rude and did nothing! This spring break some of our family will be staying in a few rooms, we booked Tahiti village for 7days instead not doing South Point again, you lost our business. I rate as 1 star.
