My wife and i currently live in the Forest Place Apartments run by C&R and lately has been nothing but hell. Inspections are becoming ridiculous, they only come whenever they want whether you are home or not. You have to remove your kids and animals for their convenience. My poor cat is stuck at my in laws for god knows how many days because they wanna drop a notice and not come when they say they are going to. Practically getting demanded of they are just going to come into my living space where all my personal belongings are without being supervised by my wife and i. The rules have become outrageous especially being new apartments. This place doesnt feel like home and its not comfortable to live in. The management is rude and is NEVER around when people need them. Adrianna was one of the best and im sad that she is no longer around to help my wife and i like she did. I can not wait to move out!
