Diagnosis: 3rd / 4th degree hemorrhoids - to be operated
Waiting time communicated: a few months
After 13 months, in November 2018 I ask for clarifications from the doctor who reassures me: he tells me "he will be called within the following week for pre admission"
To date, I have not received any calls, it is now 16 months have passed since the visit.
What do I have to do? Turn to another structure and put me in line again x the operation?
