Try to speak with someone central to a department ...
Try to speak with someone central to a department outside of the call center and see how far you get. The spill about being treated like family is only a sales point. I m a electrician myself so I wanted to speak with someone directly about my concerns. The best I managed was being told that they could send a technician out.
I wander if I ran out of toilet paper, would they send a technician out? I bet they would forget to bring more paper.
