We went to the location on Canal St this past Thursday after lunch time.
My daughter ordered the $10 box and asked for extra sauces, the lady told her she had to pay extra when just the day before she didn't have to. I understand having to pay extra for something, but when she pointed out that they shorted her on her chicken tenders, the lady behind the counter told her to quit staring at her like she was crazy, hurry up, pay and move on.
What kind of service is that? There was a lot of drama in the whole place, people complaining out loud that they got shorted food and they've been waiting for ever.
I love Popeyes but this put a bad taste in my mouth!
