Very unprofessional approach to the needs a of a carrier. Whenever you call nobody knows anything. They transfer you from one to another, and eventually "you can leave a message someone should contact you to answer your question". It's a very messy office, overcrowded with girls that have no credibility about the place they work for. Incompetence in all subjects, you are uninformed and lost with them. You need to do the homework before you tell them what you need so they do it for you, otherwise stuff will not be done.Paradox. The ELD service simply doesn't exist, no help after work hours at all. You can reach your congressman faster. If you have a trucking business avoid this place with all cost, and find competent people that would guide you through all you need.
