Honestly would have given them a 5 star rating, but I felt a little slighted in the end. They were very good at keeping me up to date with my vehicle and the work that was being done. So the service was really good. My only negative feedback was that I spent $1300 at their facility, and they couldn't even give me back my vehicle clean. The associate blamed COVID for not running it through the wash. Like I said, not a huge problem, but it really dings on the customer appreciation factor.
