I wish to compliment Mr. Fahad Ejad for his excellent service when I was trading in my Lexus IS250 and considering purchasing a CT200. After making a decision a date was made for handover. At the last moment he was unable to be there for the handover. He texted me the night before outside working hours to let me know, and ensured that his colleague Elvis would "do the honours". He then rang me the next day to ensure that everything went well, and to say that he would be available at any time for me to come in if I needed more help, and just to make an appointment. This is what I consider to be excellent service.
