Have completely lost confidence in the Justice system after a hearing at Clerkenwell County Court. Solicitors sitting as part time judges to increase their earnings may be in conflict of interest with Goverment policies. Plus they can be young incompetent and no one checks what they are doing as appealing a judgment is practically impossible.
Finding a competent judge comes down to luck, like winning the lottery.
