So.. let's start from the positive sides:beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, nice breakfast.
Servhce was not at its best: room was practically not cleaned during a 5 day stay. Only the towels were changed and some toiletries added (although I needed to remind them at least four times that we were two persons and everything should be provided for two).
When we wanted to go up to the rooftop, which they have suggested upon check-in, we weren't allowed inside, with the argument that the bar was closed and opened only at 6pm. As we explained that we were guests and wanted to sit for 5 minutes and have a smoke, the housekeeping staff member told us, she ha just washed all the ashtrays and didn't want them to get dirty again (?!). When I went down and told about this to the reception, she told me the terrace was a closed one and she didn't think we are allowed to smoke there. When i told her it is not a completely closed terrace and smoking is allowed there, she decided to check this information and called a colleague. As she was tild that i was right, she started to brung other reasons why we shouldn't have been there. When I told her what the housekeeping told me about the ashtrays(utter nonsense) she didn't react and has just completely neglected my co.plaint and didn't even try to be helpful. I am very dissapointed with the overall service.
