Customer service is shocking. Such a lack of communication. Waited over a week for someone to call me. I've had to do all the calling and still waiting on answers. Felt like I wasn't listened too for something that was out with my control but yet I'm being penalised for. This is really stressful an causing so much un needed stress. Total an utterly upsetting for us all. Shambles
