Have a chance to visit this hotel during a step south. nice and spacious hotel except the garage. the restaurant is of a very good standard and bears witness to meritorious efforts. Menu 78 for me with two dishes. but the portions are adapted.
beautiful harmony of dishes. the chef is an excellent saucier. exceptional morel. on the other hand I found the wine list poorly designed. it is the winemaker who speaks. insists too much on local wines that are not explained and complete. no red Burgundies. no white burgundy. no st peray effervescent wine yet very good. my glass of syrah was very ordinary. but these are minor reservations. hotel quiet and quiet. my wife loves the dishes. ah so excellent pineapple ice cream. it is a shame that this choice is not offered as a dessert in normal portion. banal faisselle. beautiful presentation. attentive service. beautiful room.
