I just had an exceptional experience with the Town East Ford service department. Service advisor Paul Samra took good care of me when my Ford Focus wouldn't start. The dealership may take Mr. Samra in a back room and beat him with radiator hoses for this, but he communicated clearly, behaved in an extremely ethical manner, and helped me in every way he could.
