I was brought to the hospital department of the ho...

I was brought to the hospital department of the hospital by ambulance at 7:30 am on Sunday, August 18, 2018. Passing the ambulance I was sent straight to the office. The ambulance officer handed over my package of documents to me and said that I speak conversational Anlitz but do not know the medical terminology and I need an interpreter. He was assured that they have an interpreter working on the phone and able to operate with the knowledge of my language. After the ambulance workers left the maternity home, they lost my written explanation in English of what I was hurting, and they forced me to stand up and go to the urine test independently, despite the fact that I could not stand on my own and almost lost consciousness in the toilet. I was not given a translator, my urine tests were not sent for examination until 10 am, I was waiting for a doctor's examination for at least 40 minutes, and on the ultrasound that the doctor appointed me after the examination I was taken to 11:40 pm! Ie from 7:30 am to 12:30 they did not even have the results of my examination. And all this time my condition worsened! During the time spent in the hospital, I was never offered a single anesthetic or asked whether I was cold or not. What is there to say, I was not offered even a piece of ice. I'm the only one grateful to them that they've patted my child and told me that he's fine. In the rest, the hospital's Persanal was absolutely not polite and not attentive to me. This is the most expensive and worst hospital in our district. And I'm very sorry that I had the experience of getting into it.

PS: Lastly, when I was discharged home, they gave me a paper to sign, to my question what kind of document, the medsesta told me that this is a document that she gives me my medical record and recommendations. I signed it and took the papers ... When the next day I got a little awake and read what I was given in my hands and gave it to sign, it turned out that I signed a form that agrees with the treatment and recommendations of the doctor conducted in the hospital, and The remaining documents were descriptions of difficult situations during childbirth and cases in which you need to go to the hospital. IE, the papers had nothing to do with my case either with the doctor's recommendations or with medical records. I just cheated that I signed the documents they needed in the hospital. Since, no treatment was given to me at all, they just examined my child and made sure that he was not at all embarrassed that I was not okay. I was not offered to change the department and did not check the kidneys, but by analysis I had blood in my urine! And with this blood I was just sent home !!!
