I took my son here to get a few stitches. They were completely useless. No one bothered to be concerned that the area had been numbed They kept saying how they were going to do a process of numbing the area so he wouldn t feel a thing but ended up doing the complete opposite. When it was time for my son to get his stitches they just started and my 4 year old screamed his heart out. But the ER doctor didn t seem to be concerned he just told me to hold my son down. When I had asked about lidocaine or numbing gel the response I got didn t make sense. He said that since my son handled a washing, he will be fine with the stitches. My son is 4 years old not a teenager or grown adult. He needed better pain management. They need to get better training to handle smaller kids or get a pediatrician on call. I did not like how they treated my son.
