I just completed my second refinance with JVM over the span of about four years. I've never seen a group of people hussle so quickly for anything at any other company in my life. They have their process down and they move *quickly*. They never drop the ball, they offer excellent guidance and expertise, and there is *always* someone there to help you at any time, even if someone is out for the day. Everything is transmitted securely and all their systems are top-notch. It's amazing! I highly recommend them.
