I feel the need to inform you all of how delighted...

I feel the need to inform you all of how delighted my wife and I with the service Trisec has provided us with.

Right from the off, the lovely lady on reception (I'm so sorry I didn't take your name down) was incredibly understanding and really wanted to help with our enquiry. One of our sensors was tripping the alarm in the middle of the night, every night, and so my wife called to report the problem. The receptionist advised that we'd be waiting approximately 10 days for an engineer to visit but would take our contact details down and would be in touch if there were any cancellations before this date.

The alarm went off again that night and I contacted the receptionist again to ask if an Engineer could help us turn the faulty sensor off so that we wouldn't be disturbed in the night. Sure enough less than an hour later, an engineer called and guided us through the process to disable the system so that the alarm wouldn't sound, fantastic news.

Two days on we received another call from the receptionist to say that she had somebody available to come and rectify the issue, 7 days before the initial estimated arrival date.

We can't thank you enough for what you've done.

During this uncertain period we expected longer waiting times but the service from Trisec and everybody involved has been exceptional.

We'll recommend you to anybody!
