CFL Technology Source has been taking care of our Information Technology needs for nearly 23 years. The service provided is beyond reproach. One of the main reasons we have stayed with them is the personalized service provided. Not only do they know our systems inside and out, they know our personnel, not just what their computer numbers are.
They maintain all aspects of our 5 servers, numerous personal business computers, installations and software. Whenever there is an issue, no matter how insignificant it may be, they are there to assist us to get it quickly corrected and/or provide the training required to understand what the issue was and how it can be prevented in the future.
The bottom line is that CFL truly has a first-hand and personal understanding our business requirements and recommends solutions accordingly. In addition, in the rare cases there is an issue, many times they are already working on it before we even know it exists.
