Absolutely disgusting. If I could give no stars I would. I have had nothing but a negative experience with Gleeson Homes and would not recommend anyone buys a house built by them. Our house was left in an unfinished and unprofessional condition and because we complained about it, Gleeson took it upon themselves to withdraw their Customer Care service, leaving us battling with them through third parties for even the smallest thing that should not have even been an issue in the first place if done by professional builders. Their Customer Service is appalling, and I can't quite believe they are still in business. We received unprofessional language and threats from a 'sales manager' by being told to "grow-up" and, copied directly from the email we were sent is this: "if you want to go through a time consuming third party process every time you have a sticking door" How a company with such bad reviews and customers complaining left, right and centre is shocking. I can, and will, be taking my complaints much further. DISGUSTING.
