This company recently bought the apartment complex...

This company recently bought the apartment complex I live in. Since its been bought, it has taken months for them to respond to any maintenance issues and the rent on apartments has gone up hundreds of dollars. They don't respond to calls or messages and don't give proper notice. The only thing they are interested in is renovating affordable housing and kicking out the low-income people so they can make a profit. Don't live at one of their properties. This used to be a nice place to live.
