Arrived at 3 pm for a 3pm check-in. The room wasn'...

Arrived at 3 pm for a 3pm check-in. The room wasn't ready so they sent us in our way to walk the mall and would call when the room was ready. Got the call an hour later, we went back and had to line up for 20 minutes to get our keys. Then another 20 minutes to retrieve our bags. Eventually, we just went up to our room and the bags were delivered later. The room was OK but for $900 for 2 nights and such a crappy check-in it wasn't a great experience.
