I followed Kate there from her previous salon of employment and almost immediately felt the difference. The staff at Rapunzels are unorganized and confused at best and down right unprofessional and confrontational the majority of the time. I, for several years got the SAME exact services every time I would come but the price kept changing without any notice until I would go to pay. If I tried to question and push back I was labeled difficult . Seriously!? This happened at least SIX times! I felt loyalty to Kate so continued to go there but I guess she had no loyalty to me since after seven years she refused to see me because I challenged yet another price change. She actually argued with me about it instead of getting a manager to handle it right out in public! Finally I asked her to get Matt the manager. He took me into a private room and agreed with me that I had every right to be frustrated and to question all of the inconsistencies. Even after all if that I made another appt with Kate which was changed to Liz at the last minute bc I guess Kate was upset . Unbelievable at this point. Well, the topper was when I went to that appointment I asked to speak with Dawn the owner and she- with zero regard to the customers in her lobby- started to berate me and make up lies about things I didn t say. She would not even make eye contact with me . Seriously beware of this place and these people. She even refused to give me my color formula just out of pure spite. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. I m happy where I m at now and saw the difference right away. Perhaps it was a blessing for me that I was forced to move on to a professional salon that has actual adults running the show.
