There not understanding at all, if you're 2 days late they'll call u repeatedly. And the customer service reps are vicious. I've never heard of an finance company contacting you until your account is at least 30 days late. Oh an none the least they'll also click your car off for even being 50$ short. The day this company goes under I'll be lmao!!!!!
