I got my toyota rav4 here in Magnussens Toyota of Palo Alto. It was a great experience and great staff thats here to help with all your questions and was able to get a good deal. I have always been bringing my Suv for service here. Today I went to get my SUV service and I was helped by Michael Gajda . I have always been received with a welcoming hand shaking and a smile. Thats what costumer service is all about and they have that here. They also have a little room for kids to be at while waiting for service to be done.They have a TV for kids to watch movies, a little kitchen, white board, books, puzzles and othwr toys for kids to entertain. They have popcorn, water, coffee, tea and cookies free for costumers. There's also a little store inside where you can get car accessories, tools, fragrance, cell chargers , vending machine and other good stuff. Restrooms and everything is always pretty clean. I love this place and would recommend it. Offer car rental and shuttles.
