The greeting concierge was not very welcoming. She seemed to be in a major funk. My car was not fixed because a mixup with BMW dealerships and after leaving another item I asked to be fixed wasn't. The Service Manager Matt tried his best to be helpful. He was a bright spot. Unfortunately I expect more from BMW as an organization not disagreements between franchises. This is my 4th BMW and have never had issues like this in the past.
