This was my first experience buying a used car from a Dealership. I have been to 5 different places for NEW vehicles and wasn't treated this well. All I can say is WOW. They had the car I was searching for (2010 Town Car) at a good price. And the team (That's their secret!!) all bent over backwards to ensure I drove away satisfied.

Especially the boss Jere Law. He made this purchase special to me - he made it personal. He was always in the background, letting his people do their jobs waiting to extend any assistance required in an unobtrusive way. A truly wonderful man.

The entire Pre owned team is a great, friendly bunch to work with. Kudos to Ben Leece (my salesman) - you particularly made the experience enjoyable.

Just a note - I found 3 insignifcant problems and came back to Wixom to talk to Ben about them. All 3 were were corrected in no time, gladly.

I am happy to say that Varsity for's Pre Owned department dispels - no destroys any/all preconceptions of a Used Car division.

I am a Ford employee, and I will pass these observations on to the folks in my company who need to hear it. Varsity should be used as a template for all of Ford's Dealerships.
Living in Westland, it was quite a trip to get to Varsity. Everyone there made me glad I did.
