It's obvious, Audi of Plano is content with their business due to their premier location. There is no synchronization of service and loaners.

My story is way too long to share. Bottom line, they are amateur operators. Start with inexperienced service advisors who are are "by the book" but cant think for themselves. No sense of urgency. Management is weak and does not put the customer first. Customer service counter is a joke. I waited 15 minutes (serious) with no one there. She strolled in with no sense of urgency. Go with Jaguar or Classic BMW for a far better service experience. Audi build a great product but unless you drive an R8 Audi Plano will disappoint you.
