Following an investigation that led me to assertive communication, I decided to find a coach who sets me guidelines, helps me answer the "how". At that time, I tried several centers that have the first free appointment and Jaime from UPAD was the one who definitely understood me in my search. He helped me set guidelines, helped me with techniques, explaining things that suddenly made a lot of sense. And we finished the process in the time we had taught from the beginning.
