To enjoy eating
To enjoy eating with people who are in the learning period.
From the bread that is very good: Potato and focaccia bread, the very appropriate cocktail: in my case, orange, pineapple, mango and mint. The interesting appetizer: Meatball I think of jabugo with jam.
Now the supreme show was the first course: Cocochas and cod casings with vegetables. A bang, I loved it !! The cocochas reminded me of the ones I tried in the Basque country although they were prepared in a different way but at the same time spectacular !! I ended up passing the bread over the plate ... I think that every time they make cocochas I will stop by here :-)
Second Iberian sirloin with murgolas and applesauce with port reduction, which was great but I think I did not enjoy it enough, still thinking about how good the cocochas were ...
The dessert to match too, they come with the car and you don't know what to choose ...
In short, an excellent school for future chefs !! You have to go through here !!

Another time I went:
I have finally tried the gastronomy school!
At last I was able to come, although as we were newbies we went down which is the normal menu, the next we will go up which is the "special" menu.
I also liked everything in general.
First I ate a shrimp omelette and secondly some Andalusian squid, both dishes very well prepared!
For dessert a delicious lemon mousse and I loved the special coffee of the day: Monin + cinnamon
Surely when I go back for the other menu the 5 stars will fall!
