On the first day I went for service at Forbes GM I was impressed by Chris the service manager and his knowledge of the issue I was having. After having been at another GM dealer several times to find the issue it was amazing to find someone that knew about the issue already. Unfortunately that was the highlight of the story. The vehicle was not put back together safely and I was allowed to drive home on a rainy dark Friday without wipers etc. A return visit was required to complete the original repair and yet today it still is not repaired and I am still waiting on a phone call to tell me the cost of parts for a repair I have already approved. I have tried to be a good customer since I was treated so nice on that first visit but it appears as if there is no desire to stand behind their service guarantee.
