Never got a bill or heard from them until I checked my credit and it had gone to collections. What the hell! After calling them, I was told that they didn't have contact information for me. No wonder I didn't get a bill. Yet they had enough information to send to collection. I have stage 4 cancer and don't need this! May take 30-45 days to resolve. If I don't hear from them by that time, call. Really?
