I probably would have given 4 or 5 stars if it weren't for the incredibly rude gentleman who checked me in tonight for my first time at this dispensary. What a terrible first impression for anyone coming to this store! Not smart from a business standpoint..! His incredibly short, impatient responses and unfriendly demeanor and rude way of speaking completely threw off my entire mood after entering the building. I've been in the cannabis industry for 4 years and never have I dealt with a more rude person in this industry and if it weren't for their generous industry discount and FTP discount I would have walked out immediately after my encounter with the "receptionist"/security or whatever he was supposed to be. Otherwise I had a pleasant experience with Jason and Terry. They were very friendly and helpful and actually treated me like a fellow human.
