Penny Realty has been the easiest rental management company I have ever dealt with. We were moving from out of state and the Penny Realty team was more than accommodating to do a zoom tour which not many other management companies were offering, even during covid. Aleesa was so helpful in giving us a virtual tour and answering our many many questions. She was so attentive and accommodating, ensuring we felt confident in our decision to sign the lease. She even went back to the place to take measurements for us so we could order furniture before arriving. The place is better than we even expected, we could not be happier. The whole Penny team has been great to work with. I would highly recommend to friends when they are looking for a new place.
