Update. The second tech who came out was wonderful and did a great job. After complaint was made about my forged signature I was contacted by a regional manager who was very caring and respectful.

I only gave 1 star because I can not give 0 or negative. Unexperienced tech at my home for hours. Did not finish the installation and then FORGED my signature to close the work order. This is beyond unprofessional and against the law.
