Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot thank the front desk personnel enough for the patience and dedication to me and my family as we had a horrible when booking our reservation (through the reservations department). The restaurant inside the hotel was reasonably priced with a nice variation of different foods to eat. The dessert bar was a bit expensive but everything looked delicious. We ordered the turkey ziti for my one year old, it was cold and tasted awful but they were happy to replace it with something she might like (she eats everything so this was a first for us). Me and my husband absolutely loved the pulled pork sandwich. Drinks at the pool bar are ridiculous but it s a resort so be prepared. Our room was very comfortable (family suite), the shuttles run at a reasonable rate with constantly updating times so that you know when you ll arrive at the park. It s the convenience of Disney. If you need a luggage cart they have to be checked out and there is a fee if not returned. We learned this at the end of our stay and it was a bit tough to find one without having gone to the front of the resort. Pools are full of people as it is summer and very hot out. Tons of kids and activities for them. The arcade was pretty cool and it s open 24 hours which is nice. We will definitely be staying here again, but maybe in a standard room next time. Depending on pricing. Parks were rainy but quick showers, we were able to get on a lot of rides at Magic Kingdom and Epcot. The best thing was the characters on resort property so we didn t have to chase them down in the actual parks!
