Well, I am divided on this 5 star palace hotel, there are a lot of positive points and just as much negative. Opinion after a stay of 9 days 8 nights, here are my comments:

BEDROOM :
- For a 5 * I expected better, it is all the same dilapidated, especially in the bathroom, the shampoo dispensers or empty hand products, the towel hangers that come off
- Bed quite hard, we asked reception for a mattress topper, after talking to two interlocutors, the person told us, we will arrive in 1 hour. 1h later, we were given a blanket ... The person did not seem to speak French, suddenly we dropped the explanations, we did otherwise
- The air conditioning works well when it's hot, but at night it is cold, the heating function does not work, it is cold air despite the change of buttons
- We wanted to take advantage of the SPA, but no bathrobe, we called the reception 3 times during the day, always the same answer "we will arrive in 10 minutes", we ended up asking a cleaning lady the next day but she Told us "we have more, sorry, goodbye" we ended up having the next day, but no more need too bad.
- After 8 days, we finally have shower gel in the room, but still no shampoo, only body milk. Fortunately we brought some in our luggage and bought a shower gel.
- We will have to review the door closing systems, because we have to slam the door to be able to close it. hello the waking up with a start by the neighbors who leave at 3am ...

BREAKFAST :
- Everything is fine except for one point "the egg cooking part" The person in charge does his utmost to go as quickly as possible, but there is always a long waiting time. That two hot spots possible therefore two stoves at the same time. Have you thought about a hob to have more?

CLEANING CORRIDORS:
You clean the main corridors, it's great, but also remember to clean the corridors / stairs in the buildings. A trace of chocolate on the steps for 5 days, not cleaned. Not even initiatives from the housekeepers who pass by there every day to clean the rooms.
