I dont understand why a brake inspection took 4 da...

I dont understand why a brake inspection took 4 days???!!! i still dont have my car and i am having to rent while they are sitting on getting my vechicle inspected! this store does not even deserve one star!! the service manager DAN no customer service ethics what so ever.
