Some of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. It's always a pleasure to be greeted and chat with Tuan, Everett, and the girls at the front desk. Mr owner, please note that your driveway is absolutely atrocious. I shouldn't need an offroad vehicle to drive into the gym parking lot. Please fix this ASAP.

Edit: Nearly a year later, and nothing done to massive, crater sized potholes extending lenth of driveway.
