Moved a couple of developments over to Premier and...

Moved a couple of developments over to Premier and have been with them for around 5 years. The process to move was easy, much pleasing to fire the previous useless agent. We had 6 months specialist care by their new business team who got us transferred and set up the service contracts then handed us to the ongoing property management dept.
I get a detailed budget plan at the beginning of each cycle, a monthly breakdown of all financial transactions, and at year end accounts are prepared to sign off. Owners also receive a detailed budget / end of year statement.
There s a monthly news letter to all residents (and owners), monthly building checks and they keep on top of maintenance. One off jobs and extra work isn t an issue;raise request, get quotes and instruct work.
Occasionally things go wrong, notify them and it s rectified quickly.
Occasionally owners and residents have issues as they don t understand where responsibilities lie, Premier will deal and raise it to the Management Company if needed.

An online portal / app to track everything would be useful
